How to choose a mouse pad?

1. Use: (kind of mouse it should work with)

* for optical and classic mouses: (types):

• MS-HZZO, welded mouse pad, 230x180 mm.
• MS-HZZO welded mini, standard mouse pad, 185x155 mm.
• MS-FSC   calendar mouse pad, 230 x 200 mm.
  
• MS-HZZW welded  insert mouse pad, 230 x 180 mm.
  
• MS-HTP  glued with foam  mouse pad, 220x180 mm.
• MS-HTG  glued with rubber mouse pad, 220x180 mm.
• MS-HWF glued with rubber back pocket mouse pad 230 x 200 mm.
  

* for classic ball mouses and optical mouses only the highest quality:

• MS-3D glued witg foam or rubber mouse pad printed on lenticular foil, 220 x 1880 mm.
  
• MS-HZL filled with a liquid, bubbles and floating elements mouse pad, 230 x 185 mm.
  

2. Materials we use:

* top (foils):

• OMP hard 0,4mm thick, with the special irregular micro-cone structure, non cracking, perfect for all optical and ball mouses, enables perfect mouse pad slide, high precision as well as high work comfort.
• PVC shining foil
  
• PVC foil with micro cristal structure.
  
• PETT lenticular 3D foil.

*bottom (foams and gums):

• grey PVC foam, with white top, 1mm thick.
  
• white or graphite PP foam, 1 mm thick
• soft black micro-rubber EVA, 3 mm thick

3. Technologies we use:

* print:

• offset CMYK on the reverse of the foil
• offset CMYK on cardboard or art paper

* gluing/cutting:

• printed foil in sheets glued together with bottom material sheets and cut to the desired shape

* high frequency welding:

• printed foil in sheets welded together with PVC foam in high frequency welding technology, top and bottom are connected on the circuit edges and cut to the desired shape in one process
